gavin duthie photography (gdp) ...... has been trading since 1993, prior to this date Gavin spent ten years working as in-house photographer with several different UK organisations gaining broad experience in image communications, marketing, pr, editorial and portraiture. Formal education was completed in 1980, by graduation from Bournemouth College of Art where a DipAD in Photography (Still) Editorial & Advertising was successfully achieved.  A final ''employed'' position with Swan Hunter Shipbuilding Group Ltd as Company Photographer saw the transition in 1993 to now,  a freelance, self employed  creative photographer, otherwise known as gdp. 

gdp has the pleasure of working with many customers and associates of all types and sizes. We do not limit ourselves to niche markets but offer a broad service to satisfy all imaging requirements, however location based photography where creative solutions have to be quickly sought, either with natural light or portable studio lighting is where gdp''s main strengths lie.
